Sausage Making

Time: 10am - 1pm approx
Provided: All equipment, ingredients provided. Tea, coffee, biscuits available.
What you need to bring: Apron, Cool box/blocks to take your sausages home. Please advise of any allergies when booking.

The course will cover knives and equipment needed, how to bone out a shoulder of pork (demo) and how to prepare meat for making sausages. 

You will then have a go at making your own sausages and learn how to link them to give them that final, professional look!

You will take home 12 sausages prepared by yourself.
