What you need to bring: Tupperware containers or similar, to take your cheeses home.
Learn how to make cheese using cows milk. Two cheeses will be made - a semi-soft cheese & a feta (an enzyme is added to give it the traditional tang).
Everything you need will be provided - equipment and course notes.
Lunch also included.
